Home-built Festiniog Railway Composite Brake No10. Construction is laminated card on an MDF base, the card is liberally shellacked prior to painting. Running on home-built plate bogies I have attempted to capture the 'low hung' look of the original. This comes with a price, however, and the footboards regularly end up festooned with lineside vegetation!
